Hey guys, my first post here since I recently got a 2007 GS450H, which I'm loving. My intent is to keep the car strictly with the OEM look. This forum has been incredibly helpful and I've used it to do the following enhancements:
- 08-12 GS silver/titanium seat clips
- 5000K LED parking and fog lights to match OEM D4S HID bulbs closely
- VaisTech MultiMediaLinQ (MML) installation
You can find threads here on removal of the navigation unit and installation of VaisTech units. My GS has the Mark Levinson audio. I just wanted to show people where I mounted the MML, since it is much easier than the VML installation described in another thread. The current MML unit replaced the older VML unit and is smaller in physical size. My MML unit shipped with the latest firmware dated Dec 2012.
I used velcro to secure the unit. I did not unplug all the connections to do this. USB cable is on the left side of the pictures, while the audio harness is on the right side that attaches to the car system. I removed the side bracket (pic 4) to put the MML in place. The USB cable is routed to the armrest storage.
I'm using two 64GB AData USB 3.0 flash disks that work perfectly. It makes the car that much more enjoyable to drive with up to 128GB of all-digital music hidden away that can be controlled using the steering wheel and the navigation display!

Not much really, except little enhancements. I like the 450h the way it is stock. I really like the stock 07-09 GS 450h 18" Lexus wheels that mine came with, and in my opinion, they are the classiest of all 3GS Lexus wheels. They also are the most expensive to buy from Lexus dealers (as I noticed on Sewell). I'm sure others like the more sportier ones though.
