Default Need help troubleshooting a problem

Hello all.
I have a 2008 GS350 that is having this random problem. It happened twice already. I did notice that when it happened, my key fob had trouble locking the car (freshly battery installed as well). After successfully locking the car, I would come back to try to start it and it would not fully crank after one try. However, it will fully crank after the second try. After starting, the navigation unit would reboot and my settings would be erased.
Has anyone ever had this problem? Is it the car battery? Please, I need help.

Thanks

I would test the car battery and also tear open the key fob and clean the terminals.

I will check the battery this weekend. As far as the key fob, I'm not too sure if that's the problem since the key fob wouldn't reset the navigation settings. Thanks for the input

Clean your battery post and terminals and have a load test done. If the load test comes back insufficient, then replace the battery.
