Hmm.... My uncle has a GSh grill, same bumper, it's an 07, but it's the same as us GS430 people.
The newer 450h grills will not interchange with the 06-07ish grill. GL tho! There's a ton of aftermarket grills that look nice and fit our 06's though, maybe you should spend the extra dough and get that

In order to use the hybrid grill, you'll need to change the bumper cover to an '08+ one, the headlights are the same so it's just the cover - I contemplated this but then there are not too many lips made for it so I got the LX-mode grill.
