Im looking to get a set of lowering springs for them but worried about ride quality.Do I need to roll fenders,NEW STRUTS? HELP PLEASE... THANKS

Those are nice! Springs can be comfy and your wheel fitment will depend on drop and wheel and tire sizes/offsets.

 

Im looking for an agressive offset.... flush to the best without causing too much damage

 

I would go with coil overs instead of springs. That way you can adjust to height you like. Coils and struts come together. If you want just springs, Tanabe DF210 will give you an agressive flush but you have to purchase struts. Well, you don't have to buy struts but since you will have to eventually replace them anyway it's cheaper to do it when you do this mod.
