I bought a certified '06 AWD with 35k miles a couple years ago. It now currently has 80k miles, so I will hit the 3 year mark here shortly, thus the Certification Warranty will expire. I have had the dash & roof rattles fixed, CD player replaced, Water Pump, Outside Mirrors - Tilt Motor, Rear View Mirror replaced, CAM Gear TSB.
Is there anything else I should have checked out before the waaranty goes?

How did you manage to get all of those things fixed under the CPO warranty? My dealer told me that rattles are not covered under the warranty.
Also, with respect to the water pump, was yours leaking or was it just replaced as a precautionary measure?

Water Pump was leaking.
The dash rattle I noticed instantluy upon purchasing. I was initially told it would be covered by the dealer. I took it a step further & called Lexus stating this was just purchased as Certified etc.......They fixed it.

I just got the same car with low miles but not from a dealer so the dash is my problem.

correct, theY remove the whole dash and line it with foam. members have fixed it themselves by just pushing a piece of cloth material between the top of the dash and windshield.
other things to possible get check, see if you have the rear view mirror rattle, i know theres a tsb for that. theres also a tsb for the interior b pillars as the seat belt sometimes damages them. if you have a rear sunshade, see if thats working properly as many members have reported theirs acting up.
