Spark Plugs at 60k for GS350?
Looked on the manual and it states to replace the spark plugs at 60k but reading around I've seen comments that the spark plugs can easily go 90k-120k. Most of the cars I've had in the past, the manual stated 90k for plugs so not sure why on this Lexus they recommend you change them this early.
Also saw someone made this comment, not sure if true or not?
Our cars have iridium spark plugs that are rated for 120K. If you have iridium you can probably go longer than 60k as they are rated at 120k but for non direct injection engines. Our direct injection engines create more carbon buildup than port injection systems. This shortens the life of the plugs because of the carbon build up on the plugs
Lexus recemmeded this change because it is required under federal emissions laws for warranty purposes.

Just change it IMO. It doesn't hurt the car at all, you're also taking preventative measure. On my NON-DI engine (3uz-fe) I changed them at 60k and 90k respectively (I bought the "performance" 30k plugs rather than the 120k regular denso's).

Autolite plugs are cheap for a reason, listen to ibidu and get the Denso plugs.
You can do the Denso long life or the denso 30k. Both work pretty well, don't expect any "performance" gains for it. I only expect higher MPGs out of the more expensive plugs @ 30k intervals./
