Rear shade is stuck at half

Rear shade is stuck at half
This morning i realized that my rear shade did not completely extend. Is this an easy fix or do i have to go to the dealer? Please help

Thanks for help guys.
This looks like a weak part.
I spoke to Lexus corporate.
They said to have the dealer check it out, call them back, they will contact the dealer and determine if corporate should pick up the bill or split or whatever.
Frankly I am disappointed that something this simple would break on a Lexus of all cars.
Blend door as well, although I assume someone at the dealer broke it prior to my ownership. That I fixed myself , but I don't have time or desire to deal with sun shade at this time.
For now its in up position with the fuse pulled. If the dealer doesn't fix it for free, Ill find a used unit and will try to fix mine with methods suggested by other posters.
All I know I'm not dumping $1900 on a sunshade. It's not that important .
