Default How big is safe, aftermarket wheels

Hey guys, just picked up a clean 2006 GS300 with stock wheels and of course the first thing I wanna do is rims! I will not do 22's! That's a bit much. Am I safe with 20's all around?

Uhh yeah, 20's are no problem.

Look at the 3GS wheel thread for more info or ideas: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...el-thread.html

as long as the bore of the wheel matches the size of your hub you will be safe

Even if it didnt match you can still use hubcentric rings to help center it. As most aftermarket wheels you buy, are usually bored over what the hub size to be able to fit different other vehicles.

never said they had to match
by adding the rings to the wheels, you are ensuring "the bore of the wheel matches the size of your hub"
