Another thing, the GS460 is a very limited car only 1616 produced in 2008. You would have a better chance finding an '06-'07 GS430 in the 3rd Gen body style.

Or keep looking? Lot of money to spend on something you are "settling" for. You owe it to yourself to at least drive a V8 before you commit to the 350.

Someone posted numbers on this awhile back...only ~150 2007 GS430s made. Special order only. Hard to find but worth it.

That was me who posted the numbers..

2006 GS430: 7643
2007 GS430: 163
2008 GS460: 1616
2009 GS460: 56
2010 GS460: 43

If you see any of these cars in Good condition, ****** them up ASAP, as they are Rare.. Easiest to find is the '06 GS430..

No brainer to get the GS460 over the GS350 if you ever stumble on another one. They are extremely rare, at the time I purchased my 08' GS460, there were only 2 used ones throughout the country (Canadian market). It's a joy to drive around with the silky smooth V8 and great knowing there's power when needed, also thanks to the 8-speed transmission it gets pretty good gas mileage for a V8. The plus factor is you won't bump into another one or ever see someone else driving the same vehicle as you.

460 owner checking in.

I never drove the 350 so I can't speak on that....but, the 460 is an excellent car. The v8 with the 8 speed is very nice. Other than powertrain, the 460 and 350 are pretty much identical. Although the 460 is ALWAYS fully loaded with every feature.

and the GS looks way better than the LS IMO.

Took two days off work and test drive LS460 & GS350 yr 2007-2011. LS feels too grandfather like car not enough sportiness drive in it. GS 350 is decent enough for me but i can't get any good deal, they all wanted 36k-37k drive out for 2011 37k-45k mileage which is insane because i can easily get a used 2013 for couple grands more.

So.. I just gotta wait for a good deal, but what kind of deal is good for GS 350 2010-2011? Something like $3,000 of listed tag drive out? Everyone tells me it should be like that. If anyone got skill on how to deal with dealer feels free to share, thanks!

This is a tough choice between the two. Obviously the V8 powertrain garners my interest the most, but the 2011 model has the newer technology one of those things being Bluetooth Audio Streaming which I'm not sure I could do without these days. It wasn't available when I got my 2008

Totally agree. Cars come and go. Patience will help you get what you want.
