Went to show it in the garage where they checked on the computer and result was perfect. Can any one help and let me know if i should live this annoying issue or it can be fixed. On top of that someone told me transmission oil should have never been changed as its life time. How true is that.
Don't worry it will go eventually. Same happened to me when I changed the ATF and after 5000 kms or so it went away.

I have got the same issue with little jerk at low revs between 1st-2nd gear in my GS300 2008 - 68.000 miles. I changed the oil using "mega-flush" method when the whole oil is changed (16l was used) and it helped for few days (was still noticeable but just a little bit) but it came back.

- according to this video, our gearbox is very sensitive to correct oil level, so maybe there is a problem with that. Or a problem is with the gearbox itself, God knows...

Dont mean to bring this thread back from the dead but I feel that its necessary bc i know a lot 3rd gs owners are experiencing very similar issue.

Im also experiencing jerk and hesitation but mine is very specific. Mine only jerks when the car has been driving around for 15 to 30 mins and then this happens every single time.

When im barley tapping the gas pedel i mean like barley like driving at 5 to 10 mph at most the car will jerk and i can see my rpm jump up and down below 1k rpm.

What can it be guys? Torque converter, solenoid or ecu?

Like i said this happen every single time only when the car has been driving around for about 15 to 25+ minutes.

I have tried cleaning the MAF with CRC cleaner + resetting the ECU by unplugging the battery for 10minutes but I still have the problem. Strangely, I didn't have to recalibrate the windows after plugging out the battery, but the GPS did the long initial boot-up..

Anybody with similar problems?

The issue is the torque converter drop the tranny and replace the converter problem solved.I HAD MY TRANNY REPLACED BY Lexus and the issue came back after 2 years now I just replace the converter there are no internal issues outside of the converter.

I've done the ECU flash upgrade, several rounds of trans oil drain and replace, one full flush, and nothing has helped. I guess ECU replacement and torque converter replacement are the options left...

Monkeyrx, what issues are you experiencing? I have a 2006 gs300, and my car jerks/studder/super early shift at very slow speed.

For my vehicle it only happens when it has been driven around for 20-25 mins or when the car is warm up. It doesn't happen when its cold. Mine jerks/studder taking off from a stop every single time like at 5 to 10 mph or 5 to 15 mph....it seems like its shifting from 1st To 2nd to damn soon and it makes this jerky feeling....i freaking hate it, its so annoying.

Are you having the same problem as i?

I did the exact same thing as post #24 for my 2007 GS350 130,000 miles

I drained & filled 3 times replaced Tranny filter & Solenoid Assembly Lock - Toyota (35280-30050) for 138.94 from
https://toyotaparts.bochtoyotasouth....ock-3528030050
I must say I'm very surprised that car drives normal now. I had the same jerky at 15-25 mph

I have a 2011 GS 350 AWD and my transmission issue was indeed the torque converter. Lexus replaced it and what a difference it makes, transmission was working fine the whole time, just didn't seem like it. Plenty of power, shifts smooth and no vibration when cruising in 6th gear.

What issues were you having before?

When the car is crusing in like 4th, 5th, 6th gears it would start vibrating like you was driving over those things in the road to alert you of a curve. Soon as I hit the accelerator it would downshift and vibration immediately stop, until I'm back into those gears. It did feel like it was entering into the gears ruff and not smoothly like it is now.

Guys, i finally figured out what was my problem....it was all 9 solenoids. Now my car drives like a dream. No more jerky/studder/hesitation at low speed and hard shifting at mid to high gears.

Im so freaking happy!

Is the "all 9 solenoids" the assembly quoted in the post above? Did you do this work yourself or did you have the dealership do it? Did you have to drop the transmission to get this work done?
