Thanks. They had the bucket at home depot. Since i pulled the front of car up on ramps, it tilted everything and more fluid came out than normally. A little under 4 quarts. So accounting for spillage, that's exactly what I replaced.

im very happy for your excellent result, mine has 110mi and I did the first drain n fill with Toyota ws fluid, can’t really tell the differences yet but my next drain n fill i will be using amsoil atf for sure I heard good stuff about it and saw some videos on YouTube claims it’s 4x better than ws Toyota fluid, I’ll keep doing drain n fill with amsoil until it comes red cherry color 🍒👌 ,, do mind asking you did you replace the transmission filter ?? I’m very confused should I settled just on drain n fill ,, or put a new trans filter ? Let me know and good luck

Needless to say the fluid was very black. Although there were no indications of hard shifts or erratic shifting. After the drain refill I definitely noticed a much smoother shifting.
I drained about 2.5 quarts and refilled with 3 quarts. I adjusted the level as per the procedure but I used the tech stream software for the transmission temperature range 106-115 F.
Added exactly the same amount of fluid back in that was drained and performed a the level check, which tells me it had the correct level prior to the service.
I did not drive the car but shifted through the gears while on jackstands to circulate the fluid through the transmission.
After draining again the oil was still black (dark brown actually) so I exchanged about 6 quarts and I’m happy with the results.
I will do another 6 quarts at the next oil change in about 4K.
I will update this at that time as to what the fluid looks like and how the transmission is performing.
Sorry I didn’t take pics of the fluid. I will next time.
Thanks for the write up and to those who added more info. It certainly made this a very easy service.

Amsoil is apparently good, its just makes me uncomfortable how they market products by giving distributors discounts for saying good things about amsoil on youtube, youtube comments, and various forums. Like, how is it going to be 4 times better than OEM? Better at what? Sounds like hype if you ask me. Ill only use Toyota ATF, gear oil, filters, coolant, most maintenance parts as well.
