Transmission mount is making noise
Hey guys,
Have any of you guys had your one or any of your transmission mounts replaced?
I have a '07 GS350 RWD with 121k miles. I had my transmission fluid drained and refilled at 90k miles.
Everytime I go into reverse, there's a clunk noise. But all my gears shift smoothly.
Was it difficult to access?
How much was a replacement mount?

Did you try shifting to reverse after warmup? Our transmissions are a bit torque, at least the v8s are... So they make somewhat of a CLUNK noise when shifting between gears on cold start.
You say all gears shift smoothly, so it shouldn't be the trans mounts going bad. Here's a video on how to sort of diagnose it, GL!
