whats the best replacement high beam bulb and parking light bulb for a white color
I dont want to wire in hid for high beam, just a easy swap to get rid of the yellow driving light, that looks terribly dated and old. ID like it to have a brighter white high beam as well,I dont care if it matches the 4300 low beam.
Whats the best led to get ride of the yellow parking light as well?

Most halogen bulbs you replace with won't be a clean white color since the high beams are using only 50% power; it'll still be yellowish. I found that replacing them with LED's gives it a really great look to it, however you lose function of your high beams and you also have to add a decoder so it doesn't flicker. Or you can replace that with HID which will give you a bright white light like you want. Unsure if there's a glare issue though, never done it personally as I went with the LED route.

I purchase 5k White LED 194's(bulb type) from VLED, which matches very well to my 5k XD low beam headlights, and 5k HID fogs.
But for getting a white high beam/drl during the day it will be that brownish yellow color regardless because of it being under a low voltage. I would only suggest ,maybe going for a LED DRL/high beam, but the only thing you will sacrifice is the far distance of beam going with a LED DRL/high beam. That's why I just went with a Nokya 9005 yellow DRL/High beam.

I cant even imagine using led bulbs for high beams, the whole point of high beams is distant light. Arent the silver star lights a little whiter than the stockers? there has to be something out there? why would you want to go with a even more yellow light, that kinda defeats the whole point? are they brighter or better in any way.
At a certain point, function is more important than looks,Id have to draw the line at high beams that look better but dont even perform as well as stockers. I could maybe live with a whiter brighter high beam light, and not have the drl light at all, they are the part that makes the headlight and the whole front of car look so dated,Having the separate high beam little lite in the middle of the bumper has always been my least favorite styling part of the gs460, just makes the car look like the way older models, they finally got it right with the 4gs.
