it branches out of a 3 way. 1 end goes under the block I think and the 2nd wraps up past the altenator toward top of block and this has about 5 inches or so of length to if

Default Unknown wire

Can you take a picture from further back showing the split? I am not seeing anything that matches the in tight picture.

1 of these wires is the single wire in the other photo. The other wire is the wire that connects to the alternator.

You can see the connector here, on the left side of the pic. IT is 1 of the wires where the 2 meet the 1, on the right side. Hope this makes sense. The other in the group of 2(I know, bad description) connects towards the bottom of the engine block. The other of the single wire is 1 of the 2 wires in the other photo. Where the HELL does this black connector plug into?????

Default Unknown wire

Wires on my 2006 gs300 rwd.
The big connector appears to connect to ac compressor. See my pic upper right. If that is the case the other 2 wires both go under the exhaust manifold and above the engine support. I cant see back in there. In feeling the wires, one goes to the right and the other to the left. It would appear that you will have to jack up the car or better put it on ramps and pull skid plate for access.

Default Rear alternator nut

Struggling badly to remove the rear alternator nut, the one on the bracket. Any help greatly appreciated. Where are people sourcing alternators from for the GS300 RWD in uk?

Looking at my old alternator, the mechanic didnt remove that bracket. He only removed the nut on the other side. So when you pull the alternator out the bracket stays on the alternator.
