Default 06 GS 350 AWD 160K miles Change Transmisson Fluid or not?

I have seen a lot of people saying this and that, including dealerships. My car has 160K miles on it and transmission shifts fine but I have seen a lot of people saying they have black transmission fluid. I want this thing to last as long as possible. Should I get the transmission drained and refilled or wait until the transmission slips and then do it? One person at sewell lexus said that the fuild has a lot of detergent in it and could make things loose and mess things up. Let me know your opinon on this as I have an appointment on Saturday to do it but can change it.
Also what about Rear Differential fluid change? change it every 15K miles like lexus of Shreveport says? or every 60K or 100K like sewell lexus? I had to fix a rear differential leak 30K miles ago about 1.5 years go. This is a AWD car that just had the carbon buildup problem fixed.
