I went with a Kicker L7 10" in a sealed enclosure (have to get a larger box though) and paired it with a JL Audio 500.1 amp. Pumps plenty for me.

Install took my friend and I about an hour to do, and I still have ample trunk space. I have ML so we kept the factory sub pumping as well, but unnoticable since the Kicker pounds like crazy. I tweaked my audio settings to the mid's at about 1/4-1/2 of the bar, and the bass (lows) at the lowest setting wtih the treble 3 notches shy of the top of the bar.

I don't recall what my friend did, but he tapped into the ML amp in order to have both subs able to work, but again the ML sub is unnoticeable. Although the ML system itself (to me) is fantastic, it lacks in some areas, and doesn't have the loudness of a true sub to be heard when traveling along highways. My muscial taste is everything but country/folk so this blends well and I adjust the audio settings thru my screen. I want to get the amp control so I can further control the Kicker sub because sometimes I just want a little less bass lol
