Hello All,

I took a hiatus from the lexus world but decided to make a comeback following a magnificent deal I stumbled upon!

2006 GS300 silver/black 27k miles!!!!!!! 1 owner, garaged, new tires, amazing condition! $9000!

Couldn't turn it down.

Heres the catch

NO NAVIGATION, NO BLUETOOTH, NO CAMERA, NO DVD

In the spirit of pushing the envelope, I want to add all of the above.

I googled the topic for about a half hour and got several links to iPhone integration and similar cost cutting measures.

My Question is this:

CAN I ADD THE ABOVE IF I PURCHASE THE HEAD UNIT/SCREEN, ALONG WITH THE NAVIGATION COMPUTER AND CAMERA? IS IT PLUG AND PLAY? DO I NEED TO SWAP HARNESSES? HOW DO I GET BLUETOOTH WORKING?


ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! PLEASE STAY ON TOPIC THOUGH.

Thanks for the reply. I came across that thread yesterday...I think thats if you want to upgrade from one type of navigation to an updated generation that is more fluid.

I want to do a complete retrofit starting without a navigation unit. In addition, my head unit doesn't even have a navigation button.

you can easily retrofit. just need nav HU and dvd drive and harness and install super easy. the trick though is nav antenna. looks like a pioneer could be retrofit into fit or find on ebay used cheap. i may have the harness still from my car.

Do you still have the harness? How much do you want ? Will it fit my car?....

I picked up everything off of ebay except the harness.
