Default taking off the wood door trim

Hi everyone happy holidays to you and your families!
I've looked through the forums and the infamous rattle fix, however i was not able to find anything describing on how to take the wooden trim itself. Mostly the door trim. The trim vibrates, when listening to music. Holding it down gets rid of the noise. Thank you in advance

Wood trim can't be removed, there is no way that the wood trim itself it rattling, I would take the door panel off to examine better.

Too many rattles in this rattle trap, I don't even bother anymore. My moonroof started to rattle too.

Thanks for the replies. When i hear the rattle from putting the sound up, i push down on the wood trim and as long as i am holding it down no rattle. Going to put some gorilla glue under that thing thats how much its driving me crazy.
