New Guy Needs some guidance: Fog Light Relay
#16
Hey Neal, one last thing and i don't want to be mean but i am assuming that you've already pulled those 5 fuses in that "front controller" box to check one by one, at times moisture could cause the fuse contact points slightly corroded and stop conducting electricity. Your failure case is rarely new but could happen any time.
Sorry, i did not have much knowledge about the Active Power Stabilizer to pin point, but your guess about sensor issue seems right, hope other members would chime in.

Ptan, no offense taken and yes I did check all of the fuse and harness connections and they seemed snug and dry. I'm almost positive it is the front controller because I do not hear any flasher clicking, plus my city lights are not working and I'm sure that is also somehow tied to the front controller.
As for the active power stabilizer issue, I've checked the battery for it and the fuses and they seem fine so I think it may have been a glitch that set off the warning message and now it's not going away. I connected a scanner and it's not throwing any codes that I could clear. I've also done some research and found that some sort of DLC3 scanner or tool may be needed to reset this warning. I'm still searching around but any tips/tricks would be helpful.
Thanks
Neal
