Should I go 20" without droppin or 19" wheels and drop it? '11 GS350 AWD
Im undecided whether I should go 20x9 all around ET35 with no droppin or 19x8.5 all around ET35 and lower 1.5 to 2"
I learn from members that due to AWD the drop with coils or springs will create vibration in cold weather and Im from Chicago so we have extremely cold and long winter.
Will 20" makes the car sit higher or will it closes the gap a lil and the ride quality the same as 19" with lowering coils? I measure the wheel gap and there is a 3.5" gap in the front and 3" in the rear.
Here mines with 20 wheels and no drop stock suspension
Thanks so much for the quickness and the photo
it helps me a lot
I have the same color as u r and ur ride looks really good bro
R u AWD and how is the ride quality with 20" wheels also what offset r u on?
theres a thread floating around somewhere with pics of 3GS with wheels and no drop. imo i would drop the car, awd or not
+1 on that. I would drop the car regardless of 20's or 19's.. heres mines 20x10 +20 all around.. Not a major drop in this picture after installing my wheels. But went lower a week later..

I like the way ur ride look in this picture
How many inch is the drop on this picture?
is there major works on the front to fit 20x10 and such a aggressive offset?
Most vendors tell me even 19x9.5 wont fit my front AWD brake calipers, it will rub.
Can u advice me on what type of work needs to done in order to for 9.5 inch wide wheels to fit my AWD in the front?
Thanks

i forgot how many inches i was dropped, but im setting on BC coliovers.
i didn't do much for the 20x10; except shave the rear fenders and cambering the front and rears. Also later down the road i came across rubbing issues on turns and would rub against my inner fender guard. I havent rolled or shaved my bumper tabs yet up front, but with all the help from all the following members on here, thats what i plan on doing this summer.
the 9.5 wide will should work yes, but it depends on the offset.
Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to help i really appreciate it.
if i can do 9.5 on the front the offset will be around 30 to 40
Here's mine. AWD not dropped on 20x8.5 and 20x9.5. Offset is +35 on both. Will probably drop later today if I have time on the 20mm sage RCA's. A lot of my friends say I shouldn't drop it because it'll look like it have bad shocks. Lol. But I'm definaty doing the front to even it out.
you can get 18s and some f-sport springs and the wheel will look big but nice and lowered evenly, with no rubbing and no bumpy ride ,i seen it at a car show
