Side Mirror Auto Tilt in Reverse Question
Excellent feature since I park in the city along curbs all the time. I know you have to have the button lit in L or R for the feature to work. Initially, I only had to push L or R once and it would stay lit all the time, but just recently, I have to push L or R every single time I drive my car to use the feature. Just a minor inconvenience, but what did I do and how can I fix this so I don't have to push L or R every single time I drive my car to use this feature? Thanks!

burny is correct, either L or R will cause both mirrors to tilt. What is new and useful starting with the 2013 GS is that the reversing position of the mirrors can be changed. Previous model years just angled down an arbitrary
amount, perhaps 3 degrees lower than the Drive setting. Now you can fiddle with the positions while in Reverse (one side radically down and out with the other just slightly so...) and they will go there as long as either R or L
are lit. Whenever it is required to see a "normal" angle...just tap the mirror selector that is lit!
