i have the tire and wheel warrenty which covers cosmetics flat tires etc
so my four rims had road rash peeling discolouration ,they just looked awful
so i called lexus lfs and they approved for the job of refinishing all four wheels i dont have before pictures i just have one and its far away ,but ill post pics when i get the car back friday

I have a 2010 GS with the 18" 5-spoke wheels (stock, fan-blade type), where 3 of the 4 are chipping and peeling and look generally terrible (not road rash, just flaking paint and clear coat throughout). I have the wheel/tire warranty from Lexus, too (if that's the one you have) - but when I brought it up at my dealer - they didn't hesitate in telling me that it was my fault and wouldn't be covered... I'm sure it was just a cheaply done refinishing before I bought it CPO.

I'll have to read through my warranty to see if it could cover this as well.

mine is also through lexus,but what i did was call lexus lfs first before i went to the dealer, then they said i have the cosmetic package ,call them back your covered , ill find the number i used

got my car back today and they did a real good job of the wheels
