I will take a look as soon as I leave the office. It's from somewhere in our state according to the company when I asked to make sure it wasn't a cheap overseas job.

I can't tell if that's sarcasm. I feel like it is though.

So I got my windshield with Pilkington a few weeks ago. Every time I start the car the wipers go off once or twice. They are turned on Auto. Didn't occur with the factory windshield.

Anyone had a similar issue?

The rain sensor is above the rear view mirror assembly. If any condensation accumulates over night, it will more likely than not stay longer on areas that are not see through on the glass (ie where the sensor sits). If that area is blocked or senses anything there, it will run the wipers to clear it.

I'm taking a stab in the dark here but do you by chance leave for work in the mornings when the sun is rising? Do you garage your Lexus? Is it too cold up there now for condensation?

It happens all the time after I start the car. Wipers go off about 2 - 4 times. Even yesterday when the car was sitting under the sun. I contact my glass installer who knows someone that works for Toyota to get more information on a cause.
