I bought OEM rotor and pads before but I ended up replacing them with Centric. I got them on Amazon.
Centric Parts 120.44141 Premium Brake Rotor with E-Coating

I also got Akebono pads
Akebono ProACT Ultra-Premium Ceramic Brake Pad Set

I find this combination works great and my wheels stay cleaner than the low dust OEM pads.

There is no alternative brake pads for the rear, only front.

GS 350/430/450h/460 & IS 350 04465-30400
IS 250 04465-53030
