epoxy primer will stick to sanded and cleaned stainless steel. Then you can base/clear coat over that.

it does blind people when sunlight bounces off of it.
I really appreciate the video, my friend! It is very helpful.

However, I will be attempting to take off the vinyl wrap in place with a plastic razor scraper and a heat gun, since I am absolutely horrible at removing anything from tabs as I always break them!
