Ok, so basically i think i solved the problem with the cold start. I'v been waiting two weeks to see if what i did cured the problem but so far so good. So here is my theory:
What was bugging me with the cold start issue is that i always thought it was my fault for this. The previous owner told me that the car never had cold start problems and that was something i kept thinking about. When i bought the car at 100.000 miles the throttle body never saw any cleaning so it was very dirty when i took it out and cleaned it. Since then... something happend and the cold start problem appeared, I thought it was the maf, or the TB wasn't cleaned well but in the end... the hole cold starting problem has been solved with an ECU reset. I unplugged the + terminal from the 12v battery, waited 10 minutes and put it back on and from then the car started perfectly. My theory is that the TB needed a reset and since I did not found a procedure on how to that I simply unplugged the + from the battery. The first time i started the engine since disconnecting the battery, the TB did not know where to idle, the RPM was going up, then down, then it settled and now everything is perfect.
The p0016 error still appears sometimes, usually when the car is inch-ing in very heavy traffic but the car is running flawless. I will change the sensor and see if the error is gone.
Anyway.... guys thank you very much for you support, i am very happy it wasn't a big problem.
