No voice guidance after navigation update

Default No voice guidance after navigation update
Hello, i am adressing you with another little problem. I have updated my maps navigation with the latest 2016-2017. The problem is that now i do not have voice guidance at all. Also the lady that speaks when you press the voice comand button does not say anything now. Does anybody have any idea what is rong? Someone said that n the latest maps Toyota removed the voice guidance but i thing that is crap.

Problem solved. The navigation Dvd is damaged. I will look for another one.

If you don't mind, where do you get the latest version from? Just recently got a new 350 and would love to have the latest maps.

You can find the latest maps on sites like ebay or craig's list.
