Dilemma; repair and wait or trade-in now?

Dilemma; repair and wait or trade-in now?
So I have a 2006 GS with 103k miles on it.
Recently issues have been stacking up one after another.
1) TPMS needs to be changed, all 4 @ $125 each
2) VSC/check engine light on; could be a variety of possible issues from what I'm seeing on CL.
3) And just today I experienced some big jerks coming from 10mph to a stop. CL is saying potential $1500 ECU replacement but its not a guarantee, could also be something else.
All these problems on top of other issues like carbon build up, etc...
They could very well add up to a few thousand to take care of but my biggest problem is that I'm really looking forward to getting the LC500 possibly this summer and in my head, sinking a few grand into this car just months away from buying a new car is pretty silly.
So here are my current options
1) Trade it in now, possibly for a GS or RX F-Sport. open to other cars, maybe Benz CLS
2) Repair and wait for the LC500
3) Wait it out, spend as little money as possible on this money pit and get the LC.
This car is really frustrating me lately and actually has me questioning my loyalty for Lexus.

Don't have much experience with the 06 but I know for a fact $125 is too much to be paying for those sensors. Go to an Americas Tire/Discount Tire and their sensors are only $60; when you buy all 4, they usually help you out on price if you just ask or see if theres anything they can do to help you out. If you really want to save money, just ignore it all together. Cars back in the days had none of this and as long as you simply check your tires routinely, there shouldn't be much of an issue.
As for your options, I would recommend option 3. Seeing how you would be able to afford the new lc500, this would be the best route. Sounds like you would be settling for options 1 if you went that route and it's never a good thing to settle on something. Option 2 is obviously an option too but if the lc500 is already in your future; there's no point.
