Sunroof issue

My sunroof has not been opening for the last few weeks and I've gone online to YouTube and watch the video on how to reset it, which I did and it worked. Literally 2 days later it stopped working and now when I try to do the master reset I cannot get it to open.

However, when I hold down the unlock button on the key FOB.all of the windows open and so does the sunroof. When I need to close, I click the button and it works normal. Keep in mind, I live in Fl🍊rida 🌞 so obviously I would like to have it working. Does anyone have any other suggestions that I could try? Thank you for reading over the post and I appreciate any feedback or advice that all of the gurus year have.

Have you try disconnecting the neg battery terminal for a few minutes to reset the ecu? after that you need to manually reset all your windows and sunroof, if that doenst work, then it sounds like the opening button on your overhead console is faulty? if it opens when using the key from outside but not when pressing indicated button is gone, maybe corrode connectors on the unit? does the light buttons works? i would try taking out the console and spraying contact cleaner or if other buttons stopped working as well replacing the unit.
