GS450h service recommendation
Hi, I haven't had my GS450h serviced in too long. It's at 119,000 miles so I need to get some things changed obviously. I don't like paying dealer prices so I'd like to take it to an independent here in the Sacramento area. I think I've found somebody good through Yelp. My question is what should I have them do? It hasn't had a proper service in about 30,000 miles.....I know, I suck!
I had the main batteries replaced at 100,000 miles after the old ones failed so i know they are in good shape. I've also done regular oil changes and had the other fluids changed about 20,000 miles ago. Presumably I need to do all the filters and bulbs and things. I know the dealer likes to change lots of little bits and pieces.
Any advice would be very welcome.

tranny fluid, it must be change, some place might tell you is not needed but do it anyway,
air filter if not done yet, spark plugs, water pump not sure if its done but mine blew up at 80k miles
your main battery as in the hybrid battery or the 12v aux battery?
