Were you facing some grinding noise when cold starting the car up? Have the Cam recall being done to your car (not sure if your car is inside this TSB)? Any work recently done to your car that might left something unplugged or probably timing chain replacement?

Just asking because the code points to the engine variable timing solenoids and oil control valves, if grinding have been occurring and haven't perform the tsb, chances are there are particles inside the oil that can affect the OCV throwing the code.

I would try to do an oil flush first to see if it helps cleaning the valves, checking the timing solenoids and oil control valves.

Thanx for reply you guys.No I didnt replace cam.,and yes it was some grinding noise only when I have started car in the morning(whwn it is cold start) after that during the day didint notice any grinding noise.
I was thinking that lexus gs450h hybrid have very tight tolerance in the engine parts like mercedes benz.
0w20 Mobil one was good oil ,but looks like I have to go back to 5w30 over summer time.
Funny part is that after replacing waterpump on my IS250AWD and used 5w30 oil Mobile one at cold start I do have same noise (like grinding )at cold start in the morning, same as on my GS450H.
well first I will go back to 5w30 and keep 0w20 just for cold winter time for GS450h and see what will happened.

Thumbs up 0w20 replaced with5w30

here is the update ,oil was replaced with 5w30 Mobil1 syntetic ,no more fault P0012.Power is fully restored no griding noise at cold start in the morning. All is back to normal.
So I think that winter time 0w20 is ok and summer 5w30 is a must.
I dont know if this make any sense but engine is working fine for now after oil change has been done.
