Hello Guys!
Has anyone ever applied Ceramic Pro to your GS? Locally it cost an eye to apply that to your paint, but, I found a great deal on amazon for only 60 bucks! and doesn't seem that hard to apply. Just wondering if anyone have tried it, how good does it work?
Ceramic Pro is pretty much a paint sealer, its like having your car waxed for like 5 years.
Here is the deal I found:
Comments are welcome!
And here is what Ceramic Pro is:

I haven't done it myself, but a friend had his BRZ and WRX coated and it really does keep the cars clean and makes washing the car much quicker. He had them both done at his friend's detailing shop though so I can't speak to how hard it is. I believe that professional application is so expensive because they do a full detail/paint correction job before applying the coating – you need to get as many of the flaws out of the paint as possible before applying the coating, otherwise you'll be stuck with them for a long time!

I do this myself. Not ceramic coat but a similar product from Kisho. You must take extreme care in the prep process as everything that is done becomes sealed underneath. In other words the reason why shops charge so much is for the prep rather than application. If you have the patience and desire to do a good job then give it a shot! It does make the car easier to wash down the line and does increase scratch resiliency. (It does take me about two days of work to do this...mostly insane prep work with a keen eye.)
