One of my left front struts leaking and I'm planning to change all 4, I was at this auto shop the other day and the owner said he put ISF suspension on his 07 GS450H, I didn't know they fit? anyway, what I'm looking for something similar to OEM but a little more firm, I do not want to sacrifice a lot ride comfort, I don't mind a little lower either but nothing crazy. It's for 08 GS450h. What do you guys recommend?
I heard there's some tanabe springs that's similar to oem, so I'll look into that as well. But I need the whole set up.

I would recommend OEM struts that may set you back about $1200.00 parts (struts and springs) unless you want to experiment with ride and handling (such as coilovers).
I always replace my vehicles struts with OEM. Such as Lexus, track engineers spend countless hours testing and proving struts to find the perfect match at all speeds and
conditions. I don't have the facilities to test as they do so I go with what they recommend (just me).

OEM all the way forever. All that dropping stuff is for for the young kids. No benefits in that. Just more suspension and tire problems down the line. Stick to oem buddy. These cars are SPACESHIPS not HONDA CIVICS

BC Racing struts. I've had them on my car for many years, with tons of abuse, and the struts are still holding up very well.
Cheaper than OEM also (if OEM is 1200 above).
The KYB aftermarket replacement (same as OEM apparently) should be a lot cheaper.
Check in the suspension subforum to see all the alternatives.
Tanabe springs on your factory struts will definitely wear them out prematurely, and also you wont have the option of raising the car in the likely case you don't like the ride height. I wouldn't be comfortable doing that.
FWIW, you don't have to lower the car at all to use the struts, you can ride stock height.
I have no experience with these struts FACTORY, as I've modified mines to go with UAS bags, but I've driven a GS350 (2014+ F Sport), and the ride was VERY smooth, he dumped his car on the ground too on the BCRs!
