Default Fuel Pressor sensor gs350 07

can anyone help me locate my fuel pressure sensor on my Lexus GS 350 2007 I've tried locating it under the intake manifold but no luck. My car won't start but cranks only after waiting hours/ days then no crank but the radiator fan comes on. Had two mechanics check everything and nothing. Also the OBD scanners aren't communicating with my car starter is fine as well as the brand new battery I bought

Default Fuel rail sensor

Took my car to Lexus Dealership they originally charged 299.00 for Diagnostic, then decided to charge 799.00 cause they said it was more detailed, upon completion they told me they couldn't find the problem, my car was cranking but not starting, they suggested replacing the ECU but also told me that may or may not solve the problem, Are You Kidding Me??? Took to my mechanic, apparently it was the fuel rail sensor amazing how Dealerships like to spend your money UNWISELY!!!
