I have not gotten a chance to replace mine. Once I do, I will post the result here.

Apology for misleading statement.
I have been in the market to search for facelifted Lexus GS models (year made 2009 or 2010), I have now 2 options on hand which are 2009 GS300 (Imported by Lexus Malaysia, used with mileage less than 50K on it) and 2010 GS450H (Imported by grey importers - a licensed car dealer who can import vehicles from overseas, reconditioned with mileage less than 20K on it), I highly doubt with the mileage both units had, and most likely it has been tempered before put up on sale. I will have to find my ways to verify that.

My first option will be GS450H, however what worries me is its hybrid battery, because Lexus Malaysia does not sell/service/warrant this model, they only sell GS300 & GS350. Thus, I am searching whether the cost factor is high should the hybrid battery fail in future. Otherwise, I will just get a GS300 with lesser headache. The reason I didn't consider GS350 is because no facelifted model available in the market, only 2006 or 2007 available.

I hope you able to resolve your problem soon.

I have purchased a used ECU. I will replace it and see how it goes.
the PAO80 also described as battery pack replacement, is more serious that the other code. I think this disables the hybrid power fully or intermittently, or causes it not to be charged by the engine.
my PAO7F is battery pack deterioration I actually looked at all the cells and I could only see that 6 of them were under 15 volts. When I reset this everything works fine. But with 205k miles on my car now the CEL comes on more often now.

Thanks for sharing this.

Is interesting that Techstream can probably upload the new calibration setting for cars out of warranty.
