I’d start with intake and exhaust first.
I put in a K&N filter the day after I bought mine.
Didn’t do the ricketty-ricer option by replacing the entire intake plenum.

Check out our vendor sections though, they have companies that tune your OEM ECU now for a bit of a power jump.
Also, upgrading the intake hoses to the F-Sport models give your 350's some nice V6 growls. There's a forum user on here that threw his OEM intake system out and put in the 4GS one in its place:

thats what I'm talking about,"other cars",not the gs350
I have seen both delivery types tested and tested some work,some are just crap.
some people say that the air coming needs to flow freely,others say turbulence help mix the air/fuel mixture
maybe it works better on turbos,who knows
i'd recommend doing some research and concluding for yourself which is best
that's what this is all about
