Update - I was able to register new TPMS sensor even though the seller claims it does not register new sensors.

I love techstream! I bought mine 3 years ago for $20 and it has already paid back for itself many times over.
I made a demo video on my old ES330 a while back showing some of the features, its pretty amazing the customization and troubleshooting you can do:

I've been able to read Toyota specific codes, run diagnostics, enable alarm and security features and program keys on various Toyota and Lexus cars (between me, my family, friends, coworkers etc.)

For those who don't have Toyota's, techstream has a Global OBDII mode, where it can read generic engine codes, monitors and graph sensor outputs that's available on the generic OBD2 bus. That's more advanced than those $100 part-store readers.

Has anyone figured out how to get Techstream running on Windows 10?

IIRC it was version 10.xx. The CD that came with the cable didn't work. I think my cable was an older version. Do you know where I can find Techstream that works with Windows 10?

I'm using version 12.20.024. v12.20.024. It has some instruction for windows 10. There are a couple of links; use the no activation link.

Hi,
I just received my cable. I bought the same one you bought. I have techstream installed and activated but I cannot get the driver to install... which drivers did you use or what steps did you follow?

Thank you!

You will need oracle Virtual Box and create a new VM with Windows OS.

Depending on your MacBook Air, it may not be powerful enough to virtualize Windows. My 2015 has a very weak CPU. I had to install Windows with Bootcamp and it worked that way. The recent ones are much better though.
