2006 GS300 panel lights wont go off after it has been reset and initialized. The spare tire in truck in set to 60 psi and the tire pressure in tires are 33 psi. I have aftermarket 20 in wheels and the sensors have been checked and recalebrated. Still the panels lights are on. What needs to happen to turn them off?

if no lights were there before (that is after your replaced your wheels) then it is most probably one or more of your sensors need replacement. if you had the lights when you replaced the wheels then you can change the PSI warning limit by:
1- engage the foot brake
2- put the car into ignition mode by pressing start button twice (dont start the engine)
3- hold the tps reset button until the tire pressure warning light blinks three times
4- the initialization could take up to 20 min, dont turn off the ignition during this time until the warning light goes away
I haven't tried this method but it should work as it is the case with lots of other Lexus models.

Its a solid light. I have checked all of my tires and they are set correctly to 33 psi when they were at a cold temperature. I drove the car for an hour and still nothing. There is a triangle with a explaination mark and the low tire sign is on. What do you think is happening?

you can try what arnieosp suggests,, if it worked, then you will need to re calibrate on 33PSI pressure. Another option is if you have an OBD2 scanner capable of reading TPMS. then you can compare them to current tire pressure.
