I made the holes in the original brackets today as marked in the photo:

The second hole located in the curved area. I will make it straight by a hammer. I am thinking of taking the measurements from the center of the new coles to the center of the nearby holes for you to be able to make it.
What do you think?

Here are the measurements :

See the holes are aligned to the body holes :

I noticed something with the new unit. Regardless how secured I made it with the brackets, the unit is flimsy and made of plastic and thin metal. So it moves when you press the corners of the unit.

Mine's the same at the top-left. There's a gap inside the unit there. I opened it up and put a wedge in to stop it pressing in.

Thanks for your response. That's what I was thinking of doing too😊.

Mine randomly mutes. I'm concerned that my mod causes this since it's right by the mute key. I'm gonna remove it for a bit and see if it stops.

I saw one video in YouTube about one guy was facing random mute.... Was it you?
Then I read somewhere that it happened to more than one person. So, I don't think that was the reason.

I secured the unit with some brackets I fabricated. It is not moving now in any corner, even if I press so hard.
One peace in the top:

And two "L" shape in the sides :

I have one question for the ones that have ML system. I have a 06 GS and i did the camera mod and works perfectly (thank you very much for the post).
How is you sound quality working, i think i´ve lost some sound quality (mainly i guess the bass is too present in the front speaker and distords in some songs). Wich setup are you using for the android EQ and for console settings? I´ve tested with CANBUS setup (GS LO, GS HI) and i would say with LO sounds better. Also, i´ve noticed that the ASL function is on (YES) on console module at low speed but at higher speeds it turns off (NO)

Default I could not find the Television camera controller.

I couldn’t find the television controller. Is there any other way I can locate the wires for the RCA jack?

My car comes with Mark Levinson System and Navigation. I don't think it will make a defferance, but FYI.

1. Remove the glove compartment to reach the wires coming from the camera to the (Television Camera Controller).

Behind the glove compartment

Television Camera Controller

2. You need one meter long RCA cable and cut the head from one side. Locate pin 39 [CV-] (gray wire) and pin 40 [CV+] (red wire) in the K64 plug. Connect the center wire of the RCA cable to pin 40 and the shield to pin 39. After you finish run the other end of the RCA cable to the headunit and connect it. Make sure if you unplug K64 to plug it back because the OEM camera is taking 6.4v power from pin 20[CB+] and pin 19 [CGND] of K 64.

3. Now go behind the Headunit and locate pin 13 [REV] (red wire) in the K 46 plug and connect it to the reverse wire from the Headunit. I used an extention wire to reach it easly.

Bonus (not related to camera):
Connect pin 12 (green) of K 46 plug to the illumination wire of the Headunit to dim the screen when you turn on the headlight.
