Default What to look for in a 2007 GS350

Found a 1 owner 2007 GS350 in good shape. It has 110K miles. Anyway the car had always been serviced by the dealer. In my test drive, I didn't really see anything wrong except the transmission isn't as smooth as I would like (the other GS350 I drove was slightly better, not 100% smooth). The AC is good, but not great like the LS I drove. Other than those two car specific items, are there anything I should really be checking on this car to ensure it will do 150K miles? I know this has timing chain, so I guess the next major service is 180K with the water pump again. I don't know if he did it, but I guess he must have done it by now else he would have a break down at this point

Ya water pump is the only major thing to look at, 90k miles and they tend to start to leak slowly. Aisin aftermarket (actually oem) is about 100.00 on ebay
