With key in door I can get all windows to open except right rear passenger and all return to close with key in door also.
If I try to operate right rear window from driver door controls nothing happens.
If I operate right rear window from right rear door the window works.
Any thoughts on where the problem resides? Driver door switch for right rear window maybe?

That sounds correct to me. Driver's door switch. That's where I would start looking.
