Default wheel compatability - gs300 2006 AWD

I am new to Lexus and was thinking about getting a full size spare tire to put in the trunk perhaps from a junkyard.

I have a stock 2006 gs300 AWD.with 17" tires. I think these are 17" rims that are 7.5" wide with 45mm offset.

Does anyone know which other lexus models have similar tire size (esp generation 1 or 2 models?).

Thanks.

Any Lexus GS, IS, ES wheel will work. Avoid the LS as its a different lug pattern.

As far as tires, use a https://tiresize.com/calculator/ tire calculator to match the new size tire to your old ones. Only the height of the tire matters for the AWD system, and you have about 5-10% allowable difference to avoid a warning light. So you can run 17-20" wheel aslong as the tire height matches. Should be able to find many on craigslist or ebay.
