My Lexus GS350 2008 model, the dashboard light keep going on and off which resets the date and makes the soft buttons hard to press and control, also, I can't find the pack assist button anywhere?

 

soft buttons? Last I checked we don't have a date on our cars... Unless the upgraded nav system/ML audio systems do and I haven't seen it.

Also, The PARK assist, is on the drop down console, left side

Your buttons maybe gummed up from you spilling something over them, which is why they became hard. You can try dabbing rubbing alcohol on a rag and dab over the button so that alcohol will seep into the button and help break down that gumming
