Why didnt you reuse your old TPMS sensors and had them mounted on to your new wheels?

"Check System" message means that the IDs from sensors are not registered to the car's ECU. I was fighting with the same message after changing my winter tires (the summer tires were registered both to the "main" and "2nd" sets)... If you have Techstream, you can check what IDs are there in the ECU and check also more detailed DTCs, but you need some TPMS scanner to read the IDs from the sensors. Normal tire shops should have such scanners... and they should be able to register them too.
