Default Blower motor replacement

So I replaced my blower motor assembly today due to the fan doing the wobble and causing a crazy amount of noise.

But the one I got is an aftermarket one so I'm having some issues of remounting that control module that is screwed to the blower motor assembly itself . OEM having a flat bottom and the new one having a protruding hump of sorts.
My plan is to take off the old motor and mount it to the new fan if possible but if it doesn't work out, does anyone that replaced their blower have any idea how to go about making everything fit again?
I'm not exactly sure what it's for yet cause I just threw the blower in there this morning before work. It sits right above the kick panel and behind the knee airbag. Could not find it anywhere on the parts catalog websites.

I was thinking some Velcro tape and mounting it on the side somewhere but the harness is awful short. I tried longer bolts and screws but it's just not doable with the hump.

I appreciate any ideas and comments!

Why not return it and buy a low mileage used fan at junkyard there 45-50 bucks

car-part.com or you can try ebay 2006-2013 GS or IS will work. IMO Honestly I wouldnt trust an aftermarket blower motor, you may not have the blowing strength of the original, plus the oem rarely goes bad. Since used are so cheap I wouldnt bother rigging it to fit your car.

If you're adamant on fitting it in there.

Just put it back in the hole, and since it is such a snug fit.... Velcro the module to the hump rather than screw it in.

If you still don't feel comfortable about the way it is, buy a pack of zip ties and zip tie it around the unit itself.

If your zip ties aren't long enough, you can connect them like this kid in this video:

He's making hancuffs, but when you make it, you will just keep connecting them until they're long enough to go around the blower motor.

Mine sounds like a Moose in heat every morning. It is a part that goes in many Toyota cars. A good aftermarket like VDO(likely the OEM) should be fine.

The OEM Part for the camry can be had at 1/2 the price of the Lexus one, seems like it is a direct interchange for the lexus one. Check rockauto - it seems like a match. I never tested it though.

The control module that's mounted on the blower motor is the ABS and traction control.

I unclipped it and unraveled the harness just enough to give me slack to mount it beside the blower motor on the right side. I used Velcro tape and felt tape to mount it and minimize any rattling that may happen.

If anyone needs pics I can take some in the morning.

Yup that's the one I got. I tried to mount the motor from OEM but the new one can't be taken off. Looked to be molded/one piece .
