Default Gs450h alignment + vibration issues

Hi everyone, I'm new to cl. I recently replaced my 04 gs430 with 07gs450h. I do love the car so far but the vibrations I get from the pass seat and sw when I drive it on the highway at 65-70 mph are just killing me. Car also pulls to the right noticeably. Done so far: 4 new tires, 4 new shocks(old ones started leaking), front sway bar links, front pads and rotors. Alignment. Ball joints, tie rods and control arms were inspected and nothing seemed loose or damaged. Had 2 different shops to do the wheels balance, nothing helps.
here's the alignment report :

Any suggestions?
thanks!

I would take it to a wheel repair shop. Have them check the wheels. It may be slightly bent or center bent. One of the wheels I had was center bent. It caused vibrations in the 50-80mph range.

The pulling to the right could be from the front suspension, front lower control arms rear pivot bushing. Its a huge round piece of rubber bushing, when you test them they seem and look fine but when you replace them youll notice a difference. My car used to pull to one side, and also track over bumps. After replacing that bushing helped straighten things out. Its pretty easy to replace, I replaced mine without removing the tire or any other suspension parts. Just jack up each side with a jack stand un bolt it and rebolt the new one. You will need an new alignment, also I recommend going to a shop that has the latest hunter alignment racks.

You will need both sides:

As for the vibrations, I would return to the shop that sold you the 4 new tires and tell them you have bad vibrations. Many shops will just mount tires on bent wheels and stack a bunch of wheel weights to mask the vibrations. Have them spin each wheel on the balancer and I would personally look at the inside of the wheels if theres any slight whobbling as MX73 said take it to a wheel shop. There are small mom n pop shops that will straigthen the wheels for very cheap. It could also be a bad tire they sold you, so while its on the balancer spinning examine the tread wear to see if theres any uneven lifting. A bad tire can also give you steering issues and drag the driveline to one side.

Took it back to where i got my tires installed. Front passenger wheel was bent, they couldn't tell if this was a center bent, but the whole wheel was wobbling on the balancing machine. IDK why they didn't tell it when i first dropped my car off for the mount and balance. They ended up puting it in the rear for now and it helped a lot already. I checked few rims repair shops in my area and they don't seem to be really cheap. Quoted me $150 per rim to get fixed without even looking at it. I found someone on Ebay who has 2 Remanufactured OEM Hybrid Rims for 150 a piece. Mine have some bad curb rash, so i'll just try to buy a "new" one. I'm assuming remanufactured wheels are not bent and already resurfaced, right?

They better fix the curb rash, refinished and straighten the wheel out for $150. I had my set fixed for $400, that includes straightening, curb rashes and refinishing. It's a flat rate cost. Even if you shop around there won't be a huge price difference.

Remanufactured is kind of iffy. I don't think there is a regulation for wheels. They are refinished and possibly straighten if it is fixable. A center bent rim is not fixable. They could but it will always vibrate.

You gotta go to the hood, and look for rim shops that sell the huge 20"+ wheels. Ask them who does your repairs because they bend a lot of wheels. $60-75 is what I would pay, always negotiate. Many shops will give you that "luxury car tax", also if you feel a shop will over charge you pull off the pop off the lexus emblem and tell them its off a camry

Why don’t you take this as an opportunity to just buy new wheels? If a few hundred bucks stands between you and a smooth riding car, it’s a no brainer
