Very nice. On longer road trips I also increase the tire pressure by around 5 psi or so that helps give you a little more MPG and longer trips usually have really good roads where I don't really notice any difference in ride quality. On my 3rd gen GS the best I got was around 32-33MPG going 100% highway at moderate speed around 65-70mph. Gas efficiency starts to decrease heavily the faster you go due to wind drag and fighting against that to maintain speed.

This is why when you change the gearing in the differential to a lower ratio gear you increase top speed and loose power at the start. But because the engine spins less, you save more power. If its a rwd and a highway cruiser, I would consider installing different gearing.

With that average speed, the mpg is not surprising and nothing to write home about.
Try an average speed of 20mph when commuting in the city to work and the gs460 falls to 15mpg, while a 2 tonne rx450h gets 30mpg.
I know. I own both.

Fortunately I don't have to drive 20 mph commuting in the city but I do enjoy driving luxury rear wheel drive power getting 31 mph! Have had 4 cylinder Camrys that didn't get that!
