Brakes soft after bleeding

So I installed new calipers pads and rotors bled the brakes. I did each side starting from the farthest yadayada.. brakes feel best they ever did but I can still push the pedal down way too much it seems
. It feels right when driving, brakes kick in as soon as I slightly press the pedal, not super grabby like some cars but it's a good braking feel.
On a new car brake pedals are very stiff and sensitive aren't they?? I feel like there's still a bubble somewhere.
now that all the fluid in the system is clean I will keep bleeding and pouring it back in.

Did you make sure that you installed the proper side caliper, meaning the bleeder screws should always be at the top.
Also to fully bleed the brake system, you will need techstream software, I believe theres a setting to purge the abs pump.
Another trick that sometimes works is to open the reservoir cap, put something heavy on the brake pedal and let it sit overnight. Gravity in the lines should allow the bubbles to rise in the line.

Umm idk I think they're on correctly otherwise they wouldn't bolt up it's the 350 big calipers.
I have techstream I just dont quite know the procedure to accomplish what I need. Does it send all the air towards the calipers for you to bleed??
I bled the brakes with my friend first lots of air came out then less and less I did RR,RL,FR,FL I (think) I made sure there were no bubbles coming out. I had the Engine on otherwise the fluid wasn't coming out.

You would be surprised with cars, some you are able to mount the calipers backwards. You can easily check this by looking at the direction of the bleeders screws, they always need to be at top.
For the techstream bleeding, Ive never done the abs purge, but it more likely purges the abs pump, by electronically pumping the system.
Heres a video

Finally got the right version that has utility button needed to do air bleeding. 12.00.019
It's telling me to open the bleeder valve and click next, wouldn't air go into the system if nobody's holding down the brakes?? I guess not.. I'll just do what it tells me and see what happens

I think it worked. After bleeding RR a few times with techstream the pedal doesn't fall to the floor. Feels much better. All I did was click next next next.. the 2 man part was already completed and the techstream part was extremely easy
It said to connect to tubing to either RR or FR and open the bleeder with tubing on it then it just pushed out fluid it specifically says NOT to press the brakes. All you do is open bleeder and it pushes the air out leaving the bubbles at the end of the tubing unable to enter back.
It did fail and give error message a few times but I was able to get it done with my mini vci cheap cable.

This procedure isn't anything to do with the booster, it is the ABS system that is being bled out to ensure solid braking. That's why the procedure doesn't want you touching the brakes, it is working the pump system to force fluid through and ensure no air bubbles. The booster is vacuum operated, but this procedure isn't about that.
