Default Rotors that do not rust?

Bought rotors from Autozone, and within 3 weeks they're rusting. Is there anything on the market that does NOT rust?

Maybe cryo-treated rotors or carbon ceramic rotors? All steel rotors will rust. It just the nature of steel.

Take off your wheels and paint the rotors on the car, use a high temp paint. First you will need to sand off the old rust

Next time, you could buy the ones that were already painted... or paint them yourself.

I've had my R1 concept rotors on for a while now....

Very minimal rust... Only LIGHTLY on the surface. Literally 2 turns out my neighborhood after a car wash (and I drive probably a week after the car's been under the car wash) and rust is gone... ZERO noise!

I recommend these rotors and pads more than anything! Cheap, doesn't rust, brakes well IMO also.... saved myself a few times on the road (bad FL drivers).

Edit: Like to add, that they're so great, i ordered a pair for my fiance and uncle too! (2014 rx350 and i believe 2015 or 2016 rx350 f-sport, whichever the first or second year fsport model came out).

Did the installs myself, been 3 months in now and zero issues for their cars.

You can get coated rotors ... the go-to in Canada.

I've actually had some decent luck with them, just the RockAuto specials (I think Akebono or Bendix)... there's choices and even a sub category for "coated rotors".

I personally run Raybesto's coated rotors. No issue at all with rust or corrosion.

The factory rotors on this car are painted for a reason. If the rotor rusts along the inside edge, chances are you are going to hear it. It is very close to the dust shield, don't take much to rub a tiny bit and make noise.
