This video should help:
Even though it's B2S2 replacement, but B1S2 should be about the same only on opposite side.

I've seen it before and I hope I don't have to remove the seat and center console...can someone confirm please?

Also, will B1S2 sensor be the same part number as B2S2 sensor...same cable length? Thanks

I'm sorry but there is no other way of correctly replacing it rather than removing seat and center console to find the connection hidden in there.
Some people suggest cutting a sensor wires and soldering or crimping them with new sensor to avoid seat removal, but I'm not sure such method would be reliable. If you try it this way let us know how it works.
B1S2 and B2S2 sensors are the same. Part number for GS 3rd gen 300/430/460 is: 89465-30710 (01.2005 - 03.2006) and 89465-30820 (03.2006 - onward).

I found another video showing how to replace it without taking the seat out:

That video is for a 2001 GS430 which is a Gen 2 body. It may or may not apply to a Gen 3 body which is what your GS300 is. Let us know if it works for you so that others can use the procedure too if it works on Gen 3s.

Edit: I just watched ther first video you posted which shows where the O2 sensor connector is located on the Gen 3 and it is a lot farther back than the connector in that Gen 2 video. I don't think you will be able to reach it by just pulling the carpet back. I think you will have to remove the seat and console in order to access it on your GS300.

Speak of the devil, today I got check VSC on the dash. Hooked up my mini vci cable and got faulty B2S2 sensor. I know I posted a part numbers before but I looked online to order o2 sensor and got a problem, part number 89465-30710 (for my GS300 2006 01) has different cable length 540mm(21inch) and 750mm(29inch) so my question which will fit? Does anyone knows cable length? I will be able to lift my car and try checking it out next week. But would like to order sensor before that.
Help, anyone?

Is your VIN number before or after this VIN# JTHCH96S#60018313 ?

if its before then you I believe you need to buy the old design O2 sensor, if your VIN is after then you can buy the cup style design.

I just got off the dealer this morning, he wants $207 for labor to replace it and it does cost $506.

I would also be interested in that answer, whatever you find, it will be the opposite for me since mine is B1S2.

Just found this video for B1S2:
If that's correct then you don't need to remove the seat for B1S2. Also here's another video of the same person showing sensor for B1S2 and telling that B1S2 wire is shorter, which explains different wire length.
Not sure if it's the same for RWD as for AWD, but I believe it will be the same since mine is RWD. I will check my car next weekend to confirm. Hope this helps!

Turns out that the sensor wire length for RWD B2S2 is the same as for B1S2.
I bought 2 sensors in order to replace them in pairs, however after I revealed both sensor plugs turned out that they have the same wire length as well as the same sensor location just on the opposite side.
Made this video to show exact sensor plug and hole location for B2S2.
I hope this information will be useful and will save you a headache if you need to replace your sensors in the future on your RWD MK3 GS.
Good luck!

Perfect, thank you. Where did you buy your sensors from and what brand?

Bought it from autodoc, Denso sensor with 540mm wire length. I bought 2 sensors with different wire lengths, as it turned out I needed 540mm wire length for both sensors, for now I replaced just the faulty sensor.
